ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

1. บริการ
สรุปดี AI อัดเสียงหรือรับไฟล์เสียง ถอดเป็นข้อความด้วย AI สรุปเป็นรายงาน ตอบคำถามจากเสียง และส่งออกเป็นเอกสาร การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
2. ความถูกต้องของ AI
- ระบบสรุปตามสิ่งที่พูดในเสียง แนบประโยคที่พูดจริงและเวลาในเสียงให้ตรวจได้ทุกข้อ แต่ AI อาจถอดหรือสรุปผิดได้ โดยเฉพาะเสียงไม่ชัด หลายคนพูดพร้อมกัน หรือศัพท์เฉพาะ
- ก่อนใช้เป็นหลักฐาน เอกสารทางการ หรือตัดสินใจเรื่องสำคัญ ให้ตรวจกับเสียงต้นฉบับทุกครั้ง
- ส่วน "แนะนำเพิ่มเติม" มาจากการค้นเว็บ ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่พูดในเสียง และอาจไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน
- การแยกผู้พูดเป็นการประมาณ อาจสลับคนได้
3. การอัดเสียงผู้อื่นเป็นความรับผิดชอบของคุณ
- ก่อนอัดประชุม เลคเชอร์ หรือบทสนทนา ต้องแจ้งผู้ที่อยู่ในเสียงให้ทราบ และขอความยินยอมเมื่อกฎหมาย องค์กร หรือสถานศึกษากำหนด
- ห้ามอัดหรืออัปโหลดเสียงที่ได้มาโดยไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ละเมิดความเป็นส่วนตัวหรือลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น หรือการประชุมที่มีข้อห้ามบันทึก
- การอัดประชุมออนไลน์จากแท็บเบราว์เซอร์ ไม่มีบอทเข้าห้องให้ผู้อื่นเห็น คุณจึงต้องแจ้งผู้เข้าร่วมเอง
4. สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ
- ใช้บริการผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง คุกคาม หรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่มีสิทธิ์
- พยายามเข้าถึงบันทึกของผู้อื่น ทดสอบเจาะระบบ หรือใช้โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติยิงระบบ
- แบ่งบัญชีให้ผู้อื่นใช้ หรือใช้หลายบัญชีเพื่อรับนาทีฟรีซ้ำ
ถ้าพบการใช้ผิดข้อกำหนด เราระงับการอัดและการซื้อของบัญชีนั้นได้ · บันทึกที่ถอดเสร็จแล้วยังเปิดดูได้
5. โควตาและขีดจำกัด

6. ค่าบริการและการคืนเงิน

7. เนื้อหาเป็นของใคร

8. เรารักษาข้อมูลของคุณเป็นความลับ

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและความรับผิด

- บริการให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เราไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายจากการนำผลของ AI ไปใช้โดยไม่ตรวจกับเสียงต้นฉบับ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น
- ไฟล์เสียงลบตามระยะเก็บที่กำหนด · ถ้าต้องการเก็บเสียงเองให้บันทึกไฟล์ต้นฉบับไว้ในเครื่องของคุณ
10. อีเมล ใบเสนอราคา และ LINE

- ส่งต่อได้เฉพาะอีเมลของคุณเอง หรือกล่องที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ส่งต่อ · ห้ามตั้งส่งต่ออีเมลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- อีเมลรหัส OTP ธนาคาร และรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน ระบบข้ามและไม่เก็บเนื้อหา · อย่าส่งต่ออีเมลที่คุณไม่ต้องการให้ระบบประมวลผล

Terms of Use
Effective 15 September 2026 · Updated 20 September 2026 (added clause 8 on confidentiality and encryption of email content) · Provider: TripDeDee-THEE Co., Ltd. · Used together with the TripDeDee Terms of Service; for SarupDee AI matters, these terms prevail.
1. The service
SarupDee AI records audio or accepts audio files, transcribes them with AI, writes reports, answers questions from the audio and exports documents. By using it you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. AI accuracy
- Summaries follow what was said, with the real quote and its time in the audio for every point, but AI can mishear or misstate — especially with unclear audio, overlapping speakers or specialist terms.
- Check against the original audio before using results as evidence, in official documents or for important decisions.
- "Further reading" comes from web search, not from the audio, and may be wrong or out of date.
- Speaker separation is an estimate and may mix people up.
3. Recording other people is your responsibility
- Before recording a meeting, lecture or conversation, tell the people being recorded, and get consent where the law, your organisation or school requires it.
- Do not record or upload audio obtained unlawfully, that infringes others' privacy or copyright, or from meetings where recording is not allowed.
- Recording an online meeting from a browser tab adds no bot to the call, so you must tell participants yourself.
4. Not allowed
- Using the service unlawfully, to deceive or harass, or to publish other people's personal data without the right to do so.
- Trying to access other users' recordings, probing security, or hammering the service with automated tools.
- Sharing an account, or using several accounts to claim free minutes again.
If these terms are broken we may block recording and purchases on that account. Finished recordings stay viewable.
5. Quotas and limits
- As shown in the app free minutes, once per account.
- Up to as shown in the app minutes per recording, with a daily per-person limit.
- As shown in the app questions a day; as shown in the app extra summaries or redos a day.
- When the day's total system cost hits its cap, new audio may be paused; audio already received is still transcribed.
- These numbers may change; current values are shown in the app and on the website.
6. Charges and refunds
- Beyond free minutes and plans, points are charged per minute at the rate shown in the app points a minute, rounded up per recording.
- Plans are paid from your TripDeDee wallet or directly by PromptPay QR or credit/debit card through Beam. Once payment goes through the plan starts at once and lasts 30 days; unused hours do not carry over. Price and hours are shown before you pay.
- If a payment succeeds but the plan cannot start automatically (for example, a plan is already active), we will contact you to refund or activate it.
- The student plan requires university email verification first.
- Email plans: a full-feature trial for the number of days shown on the Plans page, starting when your first email arrives · after the trial you move to the Free plan automatically, with no charge · paid plans last 30 days per cycle, with the summaries, questions and mailboxes shown before you pay · unused allowances do not carry over
- Email plan renewal: PromptPay QR payments do not renew automatically; renew them yourself · card payments with auto-renew turned on are charged the same plan price on the renewal date shown on the Plans page, and we notify you before charging · cancel any time with "Cancel renewal" on the Plans page — you keep the plan until the end of the paid cycle and are not charged again
- Upgrading mid-cycle converts your remaining days to the new plan in proportion to price · you can switch to a lower plan when the current cycle ends
- When a cycle's summaries are used up, incoming emails are still kept for you to read but are not summarised by AI until you have quota again
- Plan purchases are not refunded, except when a system error makes the service unusable — contact us and we will review each case. · This applies to both audio and email plans
- Audio parts that fail to transcribe have their minutes or points refunded automatically.
7. Who owns the content
- Audio, text and documents from your audio are yours. You allow us to process them only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We do not use your content to train AI or for advertising.
- SarupDee AI and TripDeDee names, logos and systems belong to the company.
8. We keep your data confidential
- This applies automatically from the moment you start using the service — nothing to request, nothing extra to sign. If you need a separately signed copy for your records, ask for one free of charge from the Team & company page.
- Your email content, attachments, quotations, customer lists, prices and business information are confidential. We use them only to provide the service as you instruct, never for our own or anyone else's benefit.
- We do not disclose them to third parties except with your consent, to the sub-processors needed to run the service (listed in the Privacy Policy), or where the law requires it — in which case we will tell you in advance as far as the law allows.
- Our staff and contractors are bound by the same duty of confidentiality. Our admin system has no screen that opens your email content.
- Email bodies and attachment text are encrypted at rest. Subject, sender and summary headline are not encrypted, because they are needed for search and lists.
- We do not use your data to train or tune any AI model. The AI provider we use is the paid tier, which states it does not use the data to improve its products.
- This duty continues for 3 years after you stop using the service.
- If a data breach occurs, we will notify you within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.
9. Changes and liability
- We may improve, add or stop parts of the service and will announce important changes in the app or on the website.
- The service is provided as is. We are not liable for damage from using AI results without checking the original audio, unless the law says otherwise.
- Audio is deleted after the retention period; keep your own copy of original files if you need them.
10. Email, quotations and LINE
- SarupDee AI receives emails you forward to your
…@in.sarupdee.com mailbox, summarises them with quotes from the email you can check, reads attachments, drafts quotations when someone asks for a price, and sends briefings through the SarupDee AI LINE account
- Only forward your own email, or mailboxes you are allowed to forward · do not forward other people's email without permission
- Bank OTP and password-reset emails are skipped and their content is not stored · do not forward emails you do not want processed
- Summaries, due dates and requested items come from AI and can be wrong · check the original email before deciding
- Quotation prices come from what you enter or from products in your TripDeDee shop, never from AI · you are responsible for a quotation before sending it
- Quotation file links (
sarupdee.com/q/…) open for anyone who has the link, without logging in · they work until 30 days after the validity date (at least 60 days) · share them only with the intended recipient
- LINE notifications need you to link your account · stop them in settings or by blocking the SarupDee AI LINE account
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Thai law.
