Your rights
Access and copySee all recordings on the web and in the app · export any report or full transcript as PDF or Word yourself
CorrectRename recordings and speakers yourself · flag "Not what was said" on any wrong point
DeleteDelete one recording or all your SarupDee data yourself · deleting your TripDeDee account also deletes SarupDee data
PortabilityExport editable Word files · ask by email for other formats
Object or restrictAsk by email to stop web-based "Further reading" or other processing
Withdraw consentWithdraw any consent at any time; this does not affect what happened before
Do it yourself now
- Delete one recording: open it and delete · audio and text are removed at once
- Stop new emails: turn off forwarding in your Gmail/Outlook settings, or delete the mailbox on the Mailboxes page (its emails are deleted at once) · stop LINE messages in settings or by blocking the SarupDee AI LINE account
- Delete all SarupDee data: web "My data" menu · app account button on the SarupDee AI header · removes audio, text, reports, folders, logo, vocabulary, student status, forwarded emails, mailboxes, quotations, company details and the SarupDee AI LINE link; cannot be undone
- Get a copy: open a recording and choose "Export PDF / Word"
Kept after deletion: payment and points history (accounting law) · free minutes already used and plans bought (to prevent claiming free minutes again)

Email us from the address on your account, or tell us how you sign in (LINE / Google / phone) so we can confirm you own the account. We reply within 30 days as the law requires.
