In short
Your audio and text are yours. Staff do not open your content, and it is not used to train AI.
Audio files are deleted automatically after the retention period. Text and reports stay until you delete them.
You can delete one recording, or all of your SarupDee data, yourself on the web and in the app.
1. What this service is
SarupDee AI (formerly Jabjai AI) records meetings or lectures, transcribes them and writes reports. It uses the same account as the TripDeDee app. This policy covers SarupDee AI data only; general TripDeDee account data is covered by the TripDeDee Privacy Policy.

Allowances and charges
Plans can be paid from your TripDeDee wallet or directly by PromptPay QR or card through Beam; extra minutes are paid with points. Cards are entered on Beam's payment page — we never see or store card numbers, only the amount, status and payment reference. SarupDee does not keep a history of your IP address or device model.
3. Who processes data for us
Google (paid Gemini API) receives audio, text, forwarded emails and attachments to transcribe, summarise, translate and answer questions. Under Google's terms for paid services, Google does not use this data to improve its products and logs it for a limited time only to detect abuse.
Google Search: when "Further reading" runs, the transcript is sent to Gemini to search the web for sources.
Groq: a backup transcription provider, used only if an administrator turns it on. Google is used by default.
Beam, a payment provider, handles PromptPay QR and card payments when you pay directly; card data stays with Beam.
An email provider sends verification codes to your university email.
LINE and Google for signing in with your account.
Cloudflare Email Routing receives the email you forward to in.sarupdee.com and passes it to our system.
LINE delivers briefings and chat messages in the SarupDee AI LINE account when you link it.
Cloudflare delivers the tripdedee.com and sarupdee.com websites.
Google Fonts for fonts on the website and in exported documents (loaded by your browser).
Transfers abroad: Google may process or temporarily store data in any country where it has facilities. This is necessary to provide the service you request.
4. Who can see your content
Admin screens show only counts, minutes, costs and account status — never audio, text or reports.
Quality reviews use staff and test accounts only. Your recordings are not used unless you agree case by case.
Technical staff access systems only as needed to fix a problem you asked us to help with, or when required by law.
Links and QR codes in exported documents open a recording only for its signed-in owner.
Quotation file links (sarupdee.com/q/…) open for anyone who has the link, without logging in · they work until 30 days after the validity date (at least 60 days), or as your company sets · they are not indexed by search engines
In a team/company: the owner, admins and approvers see the team's quotations and the number of emails in company mailboxes · they never see members' email content · if you leave, company quotations stay with the company; your mailboxes and emails stay yours
In a team, the company (the company account owner) is the controller of customer data in its quotations; SarupDee processes it on the company's instructions · companies can request a data processing agreement (DPA) through the contact below
5. How long we keep it
Audio:deleted automatically after the retention period shown in the app. Text and reports stay readable, but audio can no longer be played or re-transcribed.
Text, reports, folders and settings: kept until you delete them.
Student verification codes: expire in 10 minutes; requests are removed within 7 days. Student status lasts for the set period.
Forwarded emails and attachment text: deleted automatically after the same retention period as audio · quotations and company details are kept until you delete them
Payment and points history: kept as accounting law requires, even after SarupDee data is deleted.
Company activity log: 400 days, then deleted automatically.
Company plan purchase requests: billing details and amounts kept 5 years as tax records · transfer slip images are deleted automatically after the request closes (only amount and date remain).
Daily statistics (documents exported, total cost) are not tied to any person.
6. Deleting data
One recording: from the recording page. Its audio and text are deleted at once.
All SarupDee data: web "My data" menu · app account button on the SarupDee header. Deletes audio, text, reports, folders, logo, vocabulary and student status; this cannot be undone. Free minutes already used and plans already bought still count.
Deleting while in a company: you leave the company automatically · company quotations stay with the company · if you are the owner and there are members, ownership (the company's plan, letterhead and price book) passes to an admin first, then your personal data is deleted · your emails are never handed to anyone
Deleting your TripDeDee account also deletes all SarupDee data.
Delete a mailbox on the Mailboxes page · all its emails are deleted at once · "Delete all SarupDee data" also deletes emails, mailboxes, quotations, company details and the LINE link
7. Data on your device
The website stores values in your browser (localStorage) such as sign-in, language and fields you reuse when exporting. The app keeps audio that has not uploaded yet on your phone until it uploads. SarupDee AI uses no advertising cookies or trackers.
8. Recording other people
Meeting audio contains other participants' data too. Tell everyone before recording, or get consent where the law requires. See the Terms of Use.
9. Minors
Users under 20 need a parent's or guardian's consent, as in the TripDeDee policy.
10. Order data from online marketplaces (Shopee · Lazada)
This applies to companies that use the "Online marketplaces" page in the Team console · today the data comes only from order files the shop exports from Seller Center and imports itself · connecting a shop directly to Shopee or Lazada is not available yet (pending platform approval), and we will update this section before it goes live
What we store: order ID, date, status, items (name, variation, SKU, quantity, price), amounts, shipping, discounts and platform fees · buyer data only as needed for receipts, tax invoices and delivery notes: receiver name, username, phone, delivery address and tax ID (if the file has one) · only the columns mapped at import are stored; other columns in the file are not kept
What it is used for: issuing receipts, tax invoices and delivery notes, deducting stock, recording fees as expenses and monthly summaries for the shop and its own accountant only · not used for marketing, and the system never contacts buyers
Who can see it: imported orders are visible only to that company's owners and admins · issued receipts/tax invoices follow the sales-document permissions (for example the company's accountant role and the accounting firm the company invited) · never sold, never shared with third parties and never used to train AI · the marketplace page does not send order data to any AI provider
How long: kept until the shop deletes it · the "Delete all imported orders" button removes orders and SKU links immediately · deleted together with the company when the company is deleted (including when the owner deletes their account and no members remain · if members remain, the data stays with the company as in section 6)
Issued documents: receipts and tax invoices are the shop's tax records (they contain the buyer's name and address), stay in the company's sales documents and are not deleted with the order data
Controller: the shop (the importing company) is the controller of buyer data · SarupDee processes it on the shop's instructions · buyers can ask the shop, or contact us as in section 11, to access, correct or delete their data
